A life beyond Sheol

a. These deal with my relationship to man.
b. The first four deal with relationship to God.
2. He could answer "all these have I kept."

What He Did Not Have

A) Completeness

Mark 10:21–22 ESV
And Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “You lack one thing: go, sell all that you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” Disheartened by the saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.

B) Eternal Life

1. He was not "born again."
2. You can be a very good person and not be saved.

Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8:26-ff), Cornelius (Acts 10:2), Lydia (Acts 16:14), Apollos (Acts 18), Disciples of John the Baptist (Acts 19)

1. Significant that Jesus did not quote first four commandments.
